Posted by

Being a new parent is not easy and can be very stressful, all new parents wandered if they are providing enough milk for their baby. Which is a very fair question to the most important thing your baby should be going through: Growth

I have been there, I will help you to answer to this question and also show you how to track how much your baby is consuming.

There are feeding guidelines as your baby grows.

All babies should be fed breast milk or formula the first 4-6 month

  • 1-Newborn eat 1.5- 3 ounces every 2-3 hours
  • 2-2 month old eat 4-5 ounces every 3-4 hours
  • 3-4 month old eat 4-6 ounces every feed and about 5 feedings a day
  • 4-6 month old eat 6-8 ounces every feed every 4-5 hours
